What You Need

  1. A very dark or pitch-black room.
  2. A night vision baby monitor or security camera (with night vision mode activated).
  3. A Sleep of Mind garment (wash before first use).

STEP 1: Put On Sleepwear

STEP 2: Position Camera

Affix your baby monitor directly overhead and in the center of the sleep space.

Make sure it is no more than 4 feet above the mattress.

STEP 3: Put Baby to Sleep!

WASH BEFORE FIRST USE TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTION. 

For best results, close zipper and fastener, then turn inside out before washing. Machine wash on warm and gentle settings with like colours. Do not bleach, soak or rub. Tumble dry low. Warm iron if necessary. Do not iron fastening, zipper or print. Do not dry clean. Stop using at the first signs of damage.
