Safe Sleep Starts Here

Swaddling recreates the cozy, secure feeling of being back inside the womb. By mimicking this familiar environment and soothing your baby's natural startle reflex, a proper swaddle helps your little one settle faster and enjoy longer, more restful stretches of sleep.

Size & Fit Guide

Because traditional swaddle blankets are fully adjustable, they don't have rigid physical limits. For the safest, most secure fit, we recommend this blanket for:

  • Age: Newborn to roughly 2–3 months
  • Weight: ~5 to 15 lbs (2.3 to 6.8 kg)
  • Height: Up to 26 inches (66 cm)

When to Stop Swaddling

Stop swaddling completely as soon as your baby shows any signs of attempting to roll over. If they are wiggling aggressively or breaking out of the wrap onto their side, it’s time to transition to our arms-free sleep sack.

  • Back is Best: Always place your swaddled baby down to sleep on their back—never on their stomach or side.
  • Hip-Healthy Wrap: Keep the swaddle snug around the chest, but loose and roomy around the hips and legs.
  • Check the Temperature: Overheating increases sleep risks. Keep the nursery between 68°F and 72°F (20°C to 22°C)
