Fabric info

Our Sleep Sacks are 100% cotton and all our sleepwear is made with GOTS Certified Organic Cotton, which means no chemicals are used to grow the cotton or to process it.

It is dye-free and bleach-free in order to be free of any skin irritants.

Babies suck and chew on everything, and their sleepwear is no exception!

TOG Rating & Temperature

This sleep sack has a 0.5 TOG rating, meaning you can layer up or down underneath in order to better control your baby's core temperature, without having to spend more money on different TOG sleep sacks. Too cold in the room? Add a body suit and long sleeve footed sleeper under! A lower TOG also reduces the risk of SIDS.

Check our Suggested Undergarments chart to learn more about how to dress your baby according to the room temperature.

Easy To Wash

Wash in cold water and dry on low. Turn inside out for best results.

No Frustration Design

If a baby doesn't have full range of motion, frustration and crying can happen as a result. As rolling emerges around 4-6 months old, the light weight fabric and wider shape of the sleep sack provides the necessary freedom of leg movement for healthy hips, as well as ease of rolling. No more frustrated and crying baby!

Most bamboo sleep sacks are too heavy and slim cut for a younger baby to move into the comfy sleep position they desire. This leads to more crying and less sleep.

Higher Safety Standards
  • We use GOTS Certified Organic Cotton and hold an OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification because we wanted to set a higher standard. Our garments have been rigorously tested by CPSC-Accepted Testing Labs for harmful substances according to extensive scientific criteria that go beyond global regulations. This means we exceed US and Canadian standards for infant sleepwear. See our certifications.
  • We use the highest quality 2-way YKK zippers for easy diaper changes without getting your baby undressed.
  • We have 3 zipper guards (2 exterior & 1 interior) and No-Hole Locking zipper pulls. This makes it harder to get a hold of the zipper, but if they do, the No-Hole pull won't catch on baby's teeth (causing accidental tooth extraction).
  • The interior zipper guard keeps the zipper track away from baby's skin.
  • The top layer zipper track protector keeps the zipper track out of baby's mouth and away from sensitive gums.
  • Our sleepwear is not and never will be weighted, as per AAP and CPSC safety recommendations.
  • We do not use dyes. Our off-white color comes from an organic cotton boiling process.
  • We do not use flame retardants in our manufacturing.
  • Our sleepwear is endorsed by the Family Sleep Institute as well as Sleep Sense and many independent Night Nurses, Pediatricians, Doulas, Newborn Care Specialists, and Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultants

Ethics Matter

We're proud to be a part of The Labour Movement, who's goal is a world where not a single dollar is spent on human suffering. A Fair Trade Marketplace where every brand like us challenges the status quo. We're not about making sky high profits at the expense of exploiting people.

Sleep of Mind’s products are a brilliant combination of innovation, comfort and safety. The unique reflective strip is a ground breaking feature that allows parents to monitor their baby’s movements without disturbing their sleep. It’s an ideal solution for those middle-of-the-night checks. We were impressed by how well this feature integrates with the overall design of the baby sleep sack and baby swaddle, making them standout products in the baby sleep category this year.
